针对目标区域设计生物素标记的特异性DNA探针偶联磁珠，并与细胞核提取物孵育。蛋白分子与DNA探针特异性结合，通过洗脱，得到目的DNA探针-蛋白质复合物。最后采用Western Blot或质谱鉴定蛋白质类型。
