环状RNACircular RNAs是广泛且多样地存在于多种生物细胞中,具有调控基因表达作用的一类内源性ncRNA分子。目前的研究中,仅仅明确了circRNA具有吸附miRNA的海绵作用、调控基因转录等作用。但是想要进一步明确circRNA在生物体内的形成机制及发挥的功能仍需要更多的circRNA相关数据来佐证。因此,circRNA过表达载体在针对circRNA功能机制的研究中起到必不可少的工具性作用。
