
miRNA pulldown是一项用于研究miRNA靶基因的技术。(本试剂盒仅供科研用途)
实验原理:
将生物素标记的miRNA探针转染到细胞中,使细胞裂解物中的生物素标记miRNA-RNA复合物能够被链霉亲和素磁珠高效富集,从而与裂解液中其他成分分离;随后,通过洗脱纯化得到RNA并进行高通量测序或qPCR检测,验证miRNA的靶基因。此外,还可以通过洗脱纯化获得结合在RNA上的蛋白并进行质谱检测或Western blot检测。
