实验介绍：

RNA pull-down探针使用的是化学合成法或者体外转录法标记生物素的RNA模拟物。RNA pulldown探针通过标记上生物素使得RNA单链上带有生物素标记，后续用于检测RNA结合的蛋白和RNA。

探针类型：

①短链/寡核酸探针（15-80nt）是利用标记物标记到单链RNA上，通常使用化学合成方法，这可以使生物素标记物直接掺入到序列末端,达到标记的目的。

②长链探针(80nt以上）是将RNA分子随机进行U标记

标记类型：5' 端生物素/U-生物素标记。
