实验原理：

      RAP技术通过设计生物素探针组拉取目标RNA，使与其共同作用的RNA或蛋白质（RBPs）富集在磁珠上并被洗脱。最后，通过高通量测序得到该调控RNA转录调控的下游靶基因，同时，也可以通过Western Blot验证RBPs，或通过MS鉴定未知蛋白。
